Physical Therapy

Physical Therapists and Physical Therapists Assistants work to help restore and improve physical function following disease, injury, surgery or loss of body part.  PT services include: Pain management, strength and conditioning, therapeutic exercise, functional training and vestibular rehabilitation.

Medical Social Work

Medical Social Work Services provide psychosocial evaluation and treatment to address the emotional needs of our patients.  They coordinate care with the other CORF members to maximize patient rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapists Assistants facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and a return to productivity. The goals are to realize a client-patient's maximum potential for independent living. Services may include: adaptive equipment prescription, Neuropathic program/Anodyne, brace and splint fabrication and therapeutic exercise.

Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and Language Therapists will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders, communication disabilities, as well as swallowing disorders (dysphagia)

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Respiratory Therapists  act to facilitate maximum available cardiopulmonary function to allow for independent activities of daily living. Aerobic conditioning is a large part of the therapy to increase endurance and reduce dependence on breathing assistance apparatus.  We offer smoking cessation classes and a Better Breathers Club
